Do you live or work in the OX12 area? If yes, your help is needed
The OX12 Stakeholder Reference Group, which includes the local NHS and covers Wantage, Grove and the surrounding villages, want to find out what services (NHS, Social Care, and groups, clubs, activities) are currently being used by people living and working in the OX12 postcode area. We want to know where those services are provided from and where people have to travel to access them. We are hoping you will complete our survey as this information will be used to help shape the way services are planned and delivered to in the future.
