Job summary: FarmAbility is an award-winning, farm-based programme for co-farmers (adults with learning disabilities and autism). Co-farmers take part in meaningful activities in animal husbandry, horticulture and seasonal tasks on a working farm, gaining pride and a sense of achievement while building the practical and vocation skills they need to move forward in their lives.
We are looking for an energetic and skilled manager to be responsible for the smooth running of the FarmAbility programme. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in management and service delivery, with the enthusiasm, flexibility and commitment needed to thrive in a diverse and busy environment, where the well-being and personal development of co-farmers is paramount.
