We are a software development company based in Oxford and lots of our products are to do with social care/social services. At the moment we are working on our Online Financial Assessments module which will allow users to calculate and find out what care/benefits they could receive.
As a part of our design process, we look for volunteers who would be willing to give us feedback on the designs we create (mostly on its functionality rather than appearance). We do this to improve our products and ensure they meet users’ needs. It may look great to us, bet we want to know how we can make it about our users! This is a great way to be a part of positive changes in how Social Care works.
We are currently looking for people from the following groups:
People who receive benefits
Elderly People
People with learning
People with physical disabilities
Relatives of the people above who would normally fill in an assessment on their behalf
Social workers/social care professionals
We would invite you to interact with the app in a test environment and comment on any issues, give ideas or any feedback that can help us improve the app. Session would take 30-60minutes or as little time as you are willing to give us. Session can be arranged face to face (in Oxford) or via web-conference. In some cases, if you are in Oxford, we can come to you!
