Philippa Stobbs from the Council for Disabled Children is confirmed to speak about the new Preparing for Adulthood Framework on the Friday. There will also be a range of workshops and micro-sessions from organisations that support children and young people with SEND to access health services, manage finance, develop self-advocacy, access spirituality and religion, employment, housing, leisure and social space and more!
