There has been a lot of disquiet in social media about the lack of availability of legal aid for people who have lost loved ones whose deaths are investigated at an inquest.Families affected, include Connor Sparrowhawk, Danny Tozer and Oliver McGowan.
People also have lost legal aid in 99% of benefit disputes, according to the Guardian.
The Goverment is seeking views from people about legal aid and sentencing.
