Oxfordshire County Council have asked OxFSN to co-produce changes to the current Adult Respite Service.
The current Adult Respite contract is due for renewal and we feel that this is the best time to look at the service and how it is working for adults, their families and carers.
No decisions have been made, this survey is to help us understand;
- what you feel is working within the service
- what is not working
- what changes could be made
Oxfordshire County Council data shows that demand for Adult Respite has dropped 47% in the last year and they would like to understand why.
