We could do with them at key strategic places - at Gosford Green bus station, at any new shopping precinct going up- like the one at Didcot and Oxford.All of the Park and Rides, and the new Oxford Parkway Station.

Thoroughly agree. All community facilities should have them where possible. I have done a lot of work in Coventry on accessibility in the community and toilets are the most neglected facility. In too many cases where there is an accessible toilet there is either no emergency cord or it is tied up out of reach of a person in difficulties on the floor.
