Youth Support Worker (Wednesdays)
£11 per hour, 4 hours per week
Wednesdays, 6PM – 9:30PM, Term-time only

You will assist the Youth Group Coordinator to run our well-established youth group for 16 – 21 year olds who are autistic without a learning disability, independent, and awesome.
Our youth group is their space to chill out, socialise, chat, be listened to, and organise off-site trips. It’s a small nurturing group with up to 25 members.
Weekly hours are Wednesdays 6PM – 9:30PM, term-time only, plus an additional 0.5 hours per week is provided for planning, occasional staff meetings, or training. This additional time may be accrued and used as and when needed. .

Activity Coordinator
£26,000
35 hours per week (we may consider a part-time job share working minimum 16 hours per week). Office hours, and occasional evenings and Saturdays which are flexible and for which Time Off in Lieu (TOIL) is provided. You are required to work during the Easter school holidays, and at least 4 weeks during the Summer school holidays
Location: Our office in Abingdon, or working from home with at least one day a week in our office in Abingdon. Plus occasional visits to our youth groups and activities across Oxfordshire.
Flexibility and own vehicle is required.

The role is responsible for organising and delivering our Summer and Easter holiday activities , as well as managing the development of our youth groups. The job requires exceptional organisational skills, a proactive nature, creativity, a good team leader, experience of running group work with young people, and a sense of fun.
You will be required to work during the Easter school holidays, and at least 4 weeks during the Summer school holidays.

Casual work: Youth Support Workers
£11 per hour
We are looking for enthusiastic Youth Support Workers to support young people who are autistic without a learning disability.
Flexible work is offered during:
- Summer and Easter school holidays : Join our holiday activities team – providing fun activities including video gaming, horse-riding, arts and crafts, laser tag, and ice skating. Hours are Monday - Friday, at various times and locations. You will be sent the programme of Easter/Summer Activities, asked for your availability on each date, and allocated work accordingly.
- Term-time - occasional evenings and/or Saturday mornings:
To cover staff at our youth groups. Our youth groups are well established and each group has approximately 18 young people enjoying sociable and fun sessions, led by experienced staff and supported by volunteers. Locations are in Oxford and Wolvercote.
Professional experience of working with young people in a group setting is essential. It is essential that you can communicate effectively with young autistic people, have good social skills, are able to participate in play and leisure activities, and can work effectively using your own initiative as well as in a team.
