FarmAbility are looking for an enthusiastic volunteer who is available on Tuesdays during term time for their new Schools Programme. Volunteers will assist a Programme Leader working with a group of college students with autism or learning disabilities.
Activities will be land- and garden-based, allowing co-farmers to be involved with meaningful occupation.
The sessions for which volunteers are needed will take place on Tuesdays during school term-time, and happen between 10am and 2.30pm. They will mostly take place at their base on the FAI Farm in Wytham, but some will occur at other local green sites.
Travel expenses can be repaid where agreed.
