I just wanted to remind people about the upcoming focus group meeting with OCC on Tuesday 23rd September which is a follow on meeting from the one held last year to look at improving guidance and communication on financial charging. We apologises for taking so long to follow up on this – the team have been busy and OCC had their CQC inspection so we both dropped the ball on moving this forward.
The aim of the day is to look at the issues raised at the previous meeting and work with the key contacts who manage financial charging communication within OCC to look at solutions that would explain what DRE is and how it works. We know that DRE and financial charging is an emotive subject but hope that by working with OCC we can produce some clearer guidelines.
