My Life My Choice will be running our first Gig Buddies Volunteer Training Session of 2019 in late January.
Gig Buddies is a new project run by My Life My Choice in partnership with three other local charities; Restore, Oxfordshire Age UK and Aspire where participants are matched with a volunteer buddy who loves the same kind of things so they can go out and have fun together.
The ‘gig’ could be almost anything that people enjoy doing but might be something like going to football matches, the cinema, museum, or concerts.
