Hello everyone, Anita here from Community Catalysts. We are commissioned by Oxfordshire County Council to run this project with a focus in the Vale of White Horse.
I am linking up with people and small groups who want to set up or are already doing things in the area, providing care and / or support for local people.
The type of things people are offering is varied from self employed support workers, support and help groups, activities and small businesses there to help carers have a break to name a few.
