Hi. I’m Neil, as you will have seen by my user name. I’ve spent many years working with, or for, people with learning disabilities in a range of settings. Currently I wear two hats, PhD student and I am involved with a small independent non-profit organisation which runs some online communities in the learning disabilities and mental health fields. I’ve combined these two roles to support and research the development of this online community here in Oxfordshire.
