Please take part: Survey on developing strategy for adults aged 18 – 64 with care and support needs

Oxfordshire County Council and Oxfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group want to ensure the services and support they provide to adults in Oxfordshire fulfil their aspirations and meet their needs. Which is why they are working closely with individuals, partners, and the voluntary sector to develop our five year strategy for adults aged 18-64 with care and support needs.

The strategy will be most relevant to people who have most contact with health and social care services. These individuals may include, but are not limited to, people living with mental illness, a learning or physical disability, autism, a sensory impairment, a long-term health condition, acquired brain injury, and their carers.

What people tell them will help to inform future health and social care services and the support provided to Oxfordshire residents.

Tell them what you think

They are running a survey until 30 June to hear people’s views – this will inform their draft strategy which they will share with the public for consultation in autumn 2019. You can take part in the survey here: https://www.oxfordshire.gov.uk/AdultsSurvey
