Do you work at a shop or a centre used by the community in Henley? Would you be interested in your shop becoming a Safe Place for vulnerable people in the town? Would you be willing to champion the scheme in that area?
Safe Places is a national scheme and the aim is to provide a safe place for people who are vulnerable in some way, whilst a call is made to a carer, support worker or the local police and social care services and then you support them until help arrives.
Participating places display a distinctive logo and are approved by the local police.
Please spread the word and come along to find out more at the training events to be held at Henley Fire Station.
Please see the poster for details.
