Safe Places Sought in Henley

Do you work at a shop or a centre used by the community in Henley? Would you be interested in your shop becoming a Safe Place for vulnerable people in the town? Would you be willing to champion the scheme in that area?

Safe Places is a national scheme and the aim is to provide a safe place for people who are vulnerable in some way, whilst a call is made to a carer, support worker or the local police and social care services and then you support them until help arrives.
Participating places display a distinctive logo and are approved by the local police.
