OxFSN have a supported living information event for family carers who have a relative with a learning disability and/or autism on Thursday 20th June 10am - 3pm.
At the event we will hear from a number of family carers who have gone down different paths to find the right supported living opportunity for their relative.
You will also get the chance to hear from and meet with some support providers across Oxfordshire who will be able to answer your questions.
