LDE have joined with Alex Ruck Keene a Barrister from 39 Essex Chambers to bring you a free webinar on Decision Making and changing Covid 19 guidance.

The webinar is on Tue, 9 June 2020 between 2.30 – 4pm . Click here to book your free place.

Alex will cover the basic principles of law underpinning decision making like the Mental Capacity Act and DoLS and seek to cover issues like
• restrictions on people living with people shielding
• track & trace responsibilities and roles especially for supporters
• making individual decisions on risk visit and any activity that balances infection control & well being for example
