You and Me Supported Living - developed from personal experience

Phew!! what an achievement…Our family have bought a house in Chipping Norton, for 4 young people with learning disabilities to share. We have one room available to a young person who has to be a good match with the others. likes, music, singing, completing voluntary and paid work and wants to achieve as much independence as possible.
we are registered with the Care Quality Commission, CQC to offer personal care to people who are learning disabled and on the autistic spectrum. we offer support to people in their own homes and the community. we are planning group activities, walking groups, horse riding, ladies and men’s groups, nights out in Oxford. We can also offer respite care. A support worker can live in the persons home whilst the primary support, care giver takes a break.
Whilst we are an emerging company, born from the needs of our own daughter and our experiences of struggling to find motivated, experienced, fun support workers. I am a registered social worker and now the registered manager of www.youandmesupportedliving.co.uk take a look at our website
