I run a life coaching program for people with disabilities here the details below.
One to One Coaching
Workshops
Workshops includes subjects such as
Career Choices and employment coaching
Social Skills Coaching
Relationships
All above are broken down into small workshops to make learning easier.
Each person will have one to one session with me , we look at your main goal, we break it down and we start working on it each week. You will get challenges to do in the week and you will belong to a Facebook Group for support. We also talk about internet safety and bullying in our workshops and what people can do if they being bullied.
